Human Resource Generalist
Ontario based painting contractor is seeking a Human Resources professional with the following experience and
Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Strong familiarity with HR policies, procedures, compliance
Extensive knowledge of applicable current Federal and State employment laws
Proficiency in Word and Excel
BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
3-5 years of professional human resource experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Benefits Administration and Payroll experience required
Familiarity with Certified Payroll procedures preferred
Understanding of new-hire documentation requirements and personnel file compliance is essential
Knowledge of basic worker's compensation law
Excellent professional verbal and written communication
Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and work independently
