Working in a Credit Card Services group, our customer is looking for enthusiastic,
energetic individuals who are interested in being part of a team committed to
superior customer service, in a fast paced, high volume, dynamic environment.
As a member of the Credit Card Contact Centre, you will join a dedicated team of
professional telephone agents who provide exceptional customer service for our
cardholder clientele. Through inbound service calls, you will provide timely
and accurate guidance and service to cardholders for a variety of product
lines, plans and programs. Your responsibility will be to provide prompt,
courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations; contribute
to effective cost and risk control through productivity and adherence to
corporate processes and controls; and achieve departmental sales targets
through recommendation of appropriate products and services which meet our
ever-changing customer needs. You will be able to recognize and successfully
leverage opportunities to further expand our clients' business through
cross-selling/value-add opportunities.
A requirement of the role is to meet monthly Sales, Customer Service,
Productivity and Compliance targets. 100% responding to inbound customer calls.
Job Requirements:
We are searching for enthusiastic, friendly, professional telephone agents who can
quickly adapt to change. Have a proven ability to effectively multi-task &
demonstrate effective problem solving attributes. Excellent written and verbal
communication in English is essential. Demonstrated skills in identifying
customer needs and providing sales advice solutions that benefit customers are
needed to be successful in this role.
AVAILABILITY:
Minimum of 25 hours per week. There is a potential to be scheduled to work more
than 25 hours per week as needed by the business and candidate availability, up
to 37.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate must commit to the following availability requirements:
FULLY ROTATIONAL: For the fully rotational shift candidates must commit to being available to work a variety of rotating shifts
between the hours of 7:00am and 12:00am (midnight) Monday through Sunday, including statutory holidays.
Pay Rate - $18.30 day time hours and a premium shift offered after 9pm
Training for the first 3 weeks will be held in
Mississauga. Once training completed, work location is Markham, Ontario

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
