POSITION DUTIES DCP and UR
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS BLS, CA license, Previous case management experience, Minimum 1years clinical experience as an RN in an acute care setting required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated ability to utilize/apply the general and specialized principles, practices, techniques and methods of Utilization review/management, Discharge planning exp
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Mon-Fri 830a-5p, weekend rotation once per month; 40
START DATE 4/29/24
