4K a year 8 hours ago 8 hours ago 8 hours ago Post and pay invoices, review vendor statements, review and resolve discrepancies, and communicate any adjustments Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, short paid invoices, backup documentation, and all other accounts payable inquiries Scan/save documents to shared folder Manage dock appointments using online software Save all inbound and outbound tickets in shared folder Use excel to validate loads Distribute reports, documents, and other materials as appropriate Other duties as assigned What you'll need High School Diploma or GED equivalent Proficient in Microsoft systems including Outlook, Word, Excel and general computer systems including scanning, printing Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills Strong communication and follow up skills Effective interpersonal skills Who is New-Indy Containerboard?
