Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime If so, we are seeking a Regional Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for providing leadership to all warehouse operations of one or more branch Distribution Center(s) including 3PL, warehousing, production, logistics, and/or inventory management. Responsible for building, developing, and motivating a team to deliver world class customer thrill and maximize profitability. In addition, matrixed accountability to the overall success of the branch requires tight partnership with the supply chain leadership. Key Accountabilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations including safety, quality, inventory management, light assembly, inbound and outbound transportation (including Logistic Coordinators), and on-time performance. Lead warehouse manager and/or staff to maximize team productivity and efficiency. Maintain efficient, accurate and orderly warehouse to sustain all cGMP and ISO Standards Partner with supply chain to establish and maintain effective supplier relationships. P&L performance through management of fixed assets (e.g. leases, equipment), operating costs (e.g. labor). Partner with branch leadership to develop, present, and achieve the annual strategy and budget. Achieve operating metrics around safety, on-time, quality, and others as necessary. Ensure teams' compliance to proper utilization of order picking management, vendor management, and transportation management systems. Facility management and maintenance. Model the Berlin Values and serve as a champion for The Berlin Culture as defined in the employer and employee portions of the T-Chart. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline required or equivalent experience. 7
years of experience with demonstrated success managing warehousing, transportation, order fulfillment, and/or operations. Demonstrated team leadership with ability to resolve conflict, and provide others with feedback, direction, and skill development P&L management experience required. Strong business and financial acumen; demonstrates subject matter expertise of Berlin Packaging's business, products, customers, and suppliers. Knowledge and ability to resolve process-related issues. Results oriented; has passion for building winning teams, developing talent, and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills; can influence without authority and partner across functions. Excellent problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills. Is flexible; seeks out opportunities for continuous improvement and new ways of working. Operates with a high sense of urgency; demonstrates strong time management skills; ability to prioritize and follow up. Self-motivated; demonstrates a strong work ethic; consistently strives to attain goals and seeks self-improvement. Technologically savvy.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
