About the Role We're looking for a Senior Client/Account Manager to interact with clients on a day-to-day basis while developing and maintaining relationships with both client and carrier representatives. The successful CM will work with service teams and oversee the renewal process with some degree of supervision and approval from Account Executives. What You'll Do Deliver extraordinary value to our clients by identifying exposures, determining the appropriate solution, and advising the client as to why the solution is the best fit Develop marketing specifications and marketing strategies for new business as well as renewals of an assigned book of business Provide professional and prompt customer service including phone, email, and walk-in inquiries on new and existing client accounts, including client questions on topics such as coverage, billing, reporting of claims, audits, etc. Be the lead in maintaining positive, long-term relationships with the clients, insurance carrier representatives, and NFP staff. What You Bring License for the coverages being discussed in good standing required Typically, more than 10 years of industry and product line experience - broking or underwriting Extensive experience in the placement of multi-line coverage on complex accounts Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people and function well in a hybrid team environment Client-focused - Able to establish and maintain effective relationships High-level of organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills Sharp attention to detail with excellent decision-making skills Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, deadlines, and technology. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
