Ontario Refrigeration operates from 8 locations in the Western United States, and has a 65

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the President/CEO of the company and will have a variety of responsibilities related to operations and communication.
Job Duties:
The Executive Assistant will perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
Administrative Projects New Customer Commissioning Maintaining email correspondence Telephone communication Scheduling Assisting interoffice work flow Requirements:
