JOB SUMMARY The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing daily support to project Superintendents through coordination of project packages and with residents, businesses, Public Works, and utility inspectors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS One to three years of Civil construction maintenance work experience is preferred.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal and external customers.
Accurate punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills are essential.
Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Receives and maintains project packages.
Calls and sets up Dig Alerts.
Pre-fields projects, assesses product to be used, and evaluates traffic/pedestrian control requirements.
Notifies residents or businesses in impacted areas of upcoming work.
Notifies and coordinates project specifics with Public Works, prior to start of project.
Meets with Utility inspectors regarding scheduled outages.
Meets with Utility inspectors to collaborate units to be utilized for project scope of work.
Assists superintendent with daily paperwork.
Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
