Updates the Census Report each day and distributes to interdisciplinary team members on team meeting day.
Assists the Team Director by ordering and maintaining appropriate inventory of medical supplies for the field staff.

Assists the Team Director in maintaining schedules for field staff and notifying personnel and facilities of changes in assignments.

Assists the Team Director as requested in preparing for Team Meeting Maintains open charts by filing all clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Processes treatment plans, interim physician orders, recertification of prognosis as required.
Reviews files weekly and follows up with the Team Director/Team Member on deficiencies in paperwork.
Maintains open medical records in designated area according to hospice policy and procedures.

At least one-year previous clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting or equivalent.
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of medical terminology.
Demonstrates an ability to work closely with a variety of people while effectively using problem- solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
