Please note this is a part time 9am - 330pm.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team- Highlighting the debits and matching them up to their invoices- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks- Handle incoming Payments from Zelle- Will be reconciling 4 bank account statements- Looking for someone to train up they will learn the transportation industry from the ground up.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Must be willing to adapt as needed- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)- Experience with QuickBooks- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamThis is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
