The Role Working autonomously, this is an exciting hands-on role for a self-starter with lots of variety responsible for operations, administration, warehouse, quoting and external relationships.

Duties and responsibilities All aspects of office management.
Reception duties (inbound/outbound calls, opening and reviewing emails, arrange appointments) Development of systems and policies as required.
Maintaining relationships with distributors Preparation of quotes and tender submissions Processing sales orders Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Develop and implement efficient processes for materials management to ensure accurate inventory control.
Coordinate with suppliers to buy necessary materials and maintain optimal stock levels.
Utilize CRM and ERP management systems to track inventory, orders, and shipments.
ensuring a high level of accuracy.
Oversee dispatching of orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Invoicing / receipting Providing a high level of customer service to clients, including assisting with all project related enquiries through phone and email Note:

Skills and experiences which will set you above the rest:
Tertiary / Trade qualifications in engineering or electrical industries such as Lighting or Solar Preparing quotes and tenders What you need:
Proven experience in office / warehouse management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes and materials management.
Proficiency in using MS 365, CRM and ERP management systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Forklift license (or willingness to obtain) Projects, contracts, estimates, scheduling and coordination skills Ability to meet deadlines and impress customers.
