Cal Micro Recycling Cal Micro Recycling Ontario, CA Ontario, CA Full-time Full-time $18 an hour $18 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Summary/Objective CRT/LCD/Plasma workers are responsible for dismantling all types of televisions including, old tube TV's, projection TV's and flat screen TV's.
Responsibilities Dismantle designated weight per day per benchmarked minimum requirement based on product type Personal dismantling equipment is required after the 30 day probationary period of employment.
This includes hand drills, hammers; screw drivers, drill bits, and scissors required to separate and dismantle CRTs, LCDs, and Plasma televisions.
Training will be provided upon hire for 30 days and forklift certification to follow post 90 days of employment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand, walk and work in a fast pace environment.
Must maintain clean area of debris like circuit boards and pieces of glass at all time.
Conduct quality control on all commodities on their production table.
Proper product segregation.
Weigh every pallet or individual item that is to be dismantled and recorded on the log.
Breaker Productivity measured via recorded weight on each pallet /Gaylord emptied and recorded with breaker signature Ensure all residuals have proper label:
circuit-board, wires, glass, broken glass, dirty metal, clean metal, wood, aluminum, plastic.
Separate good and bad pallets.
