General Manager JOS1933 - CA Starting base:
$150K - $200K Summary The General Manager oversees all manufacturing operations.
This includes implementing plant wide development strategies, production improvement, quality control measurements, providing P&L master plan, and organizational structures.
Ensures company's compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and product specific orders; provides general training, cross training, and employee development programs.
Responsibilities Provides information to stake holders that are key areas to improve manufacturing processes and provides strategies to mitigate risk, and contingency planning.
Prepares manufacturing plan and reports, to drive performance on areas in the production; and provides continuous improvement implementation.
Enforces company policies, including safety protocols, quality assurance, human resources, customer service and accounting policies.
Oversees management's cost-effectiveness in all stages of manufacturing, including maintenance, logistics, and procurement.
Requirements Experience in POP/POS/fit out.
Experience in continuous improvement projects.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, including P&L strategies.
Strong operational experience establishing and measuring KPIs.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
