The Admin Assistant / Receptionist will perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
Answering multiple phone lines and routing calls to correct personnel Greeting guests Sorting and distributing inter-office mail Preparing outbound FedEx envelopes Procuring office supplies for multiple offices Assisting Accounts Payable with matching, coding, and entering invoices Broad range of general office and administrative support tasks for various departments Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Dependable High School diploma Position is full-time and offers a competitive benefits package including:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
