Additionally, you will process window and door orders, as well as working with our staff and customers to handle service calls and perform other tasks.
THIS IS a leadership position in our organization.
You MUST have verifiable experience in managing a small department.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
Above average computer skills.
Strong MS Word, MS Excel, and overall skill with using a PC is a must.
Familiarity with apps such as SalesForce and Slack a huge plus.
To be clear, you should have the skills and confidence to be able to sit at desk and learn our software with ease.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
This includes the ability to keep our customers happy, as well as handle dispute resolution with customers that have a misunderstanding or unrealized expectation.
Ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to your metrics.
Ability to rapidly learn our systems and processes and ensure our processes are being followed by your team.
