ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a full-time Manager to deliver the company's full range of vision care services to patients in order to deliver a successful vision care experience.
Position involves serving patients from the moment they are received at the clinic through to obtaining a proper patient intake questionnaire forms, taking visual acuity and scans, facilitating the booking of treatments, and assisting with follow up care and scheduling.
Additionally, Manager will be responsible for completing office related tracking reports, managing respective team members and task lists, and overseeing the facility operations as well as administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills; Able to establish strong bonds with patients to ensure that they feel welcomed, understood and appreciated Willing to travel to company locations, as required Experience with refractive and/or cataract surgery preferred Dependable multi-tasker, able to contribute in across a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment with consistency and follow through; Able to work under pressure Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish Job Type:
