Sunday - Thursday start time 4 pm to finish Pay:
$18 an hour with the option to get paid daily! (Daily Pay App) Job
Summary:
The Warehouse Clerk is a customer service and data entry focused position where you will work directly with site leadership and finance to ensure accurate data entry, invoicing, accurate payroll, and monthly client summary reporting.
This position reports to the Site Manager, Operations.

Essential Functions:
Provide accurate client invoicing, meeting organizational deadlines Finalizing data entry prior to payroll run with accurate pay data Answer phones First point of contact in front office Data entry to various systems Assist in all aspects of office sales support Handle customer service for walk ins Assemble invoices and prepare them for distribution Daily mail run Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner Support Operations Manager and corporate office and needs Providing humano clients with accurate monthly reports Provide resolution to client inquiries Coordinating changes, projects, and upgrades to system Develop and maintain positive client and employee relationships Perform other duties as assigned and required KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook REQUIRED Administrative experience in a warehouse environment Regular and reliable attendance required Service Focus Prior customer service experience Operates with and maintains the highest level of integrity Builds trust & confidence with business unit Team player with proven history of development of people Detail oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Safety Awareness - Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect individual and others safety We are an EEO employer We conduct pre-employment background checks, drug screens, e-Verify, credit checks, and possibly other verifications.
