Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily office operations Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Manage office files and documents in an organized manner Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping Requirements:
Experience as an office administrator or in a similar role Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Attention to detail and accuracy in work Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential Preferred Experience in payroll, bookkeeping or accounting is preferred Experience at another CPA or accounting firm is preferred Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
