We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our properties.
The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, managing tenant relations, and maximizing occupancy rates.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in property management.
### Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards - Coordinate repairs and maintenance with staff, contractors and vendors - Manage tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Screen potential tenants, conduct background checks, and verify references - Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with fair housing regulations - Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and activities - Thoroughly clean and paint units for turnover - Promptly print and serve notices, assist with evictions and lockouts ###
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field - Knowledge of property maintenance, facilities management, and leasing processes - Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to property management - High Proficiency in data entry and record keeping - Strong understanding of fair housing regulations - Experience with property management software is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property leasing - Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and current proof of auto insurance required.
Must be able to use own vehicle to transport self to different property sites.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
