Essential Functions:
Coordinates store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goalsCoach and develop team members in your store to surpass minimum performance expectations while preparing them to take on new roles and responsibilities Monitor store metrics daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to measure success and continuously motivate staff to exceed assigned sales and productivity goals.
Motivate and inspire employees, lead by example and model excellence in all areas.
Consistently communicate and manage expectations for an exceptional customer experience Acquire top talent through direct involvement in the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding process, anticipating and communicating future needs.
Manage overall store operations, including POS transactions and inventory control.
