Assistant Managers are responsible for all marketing and field advertising.
This includes all planning, coordinating, and executing of marketing campaigns.
This position is critical in planning and facilitating daily marketing campaigns regionally.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage promotions and strategy in conjunction with management.
Coordinate promotions staffOversee distribution of promotional materialsResponsible for territory mapping for local promotionsTeam Skills & Communication:
Take a responsible role as a team leaderMaintain regular & efficient communicationDocument minutes/actions from meetings attended.
Develop & train new team members and advise management on marketing strategiesRequirements:
Ability to lead as well as follow and execute instructions effectivelyMust be highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independentlyMust be solution drivenEducation:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
