Supports Store Manager in day-to-day store needs in accordance with overall company policy and improve commercial performance of store by maximizing profitability and meeting customer demands.

Responds to customer service Support managing business to attain sales budgets Complies with and assures all operational policies/procedures are followed Works with Store Manager to understand sales figures Open/Close store for business and prepares necessary reports and accountability for register balance Updates team/colleagues on business game plan Product/Merchandising/Marketing:
Supports Store Manager informing of novelty, apparel and headwear stock needs Proper receipt of inventory and operational policies related to inventory management Walks floor to identify merchandising issues and/or opportunities Organizes promotions, displays and events Personnel:
Manages and motivates team to increase sales and ensure efficiency May assist manager with staffing, i.
