Our Care and Connectivity Solutions (CCS), a division of our Hospital Systems and Technologies (HST) segment, is comprised of Patient Support Systems (PSS), best known for hospital beds; Global Surgical Solutions (GSS), operating room equipment such as lighting, booms; and Care Communications and Collaboration (CCC), the digital platform that delivers software and information technologies to improve care and deliver actionable insights to caregivers and patients; empower caregivers by connecting every moment of care.

As the Director of Commercial Operations, CCS, you will lead, develop, and manage operations for the Sales Force Effectiveness & Enablement and Sales Operations & Analytics.
You will formulate overall operating and strategic plans, business objectives and ensure the effective implementation and execution of strategic plans to achieve.
You ll be exposed to a tremendous number of cross-functional interactions which require significant problem-solving, strategic, and tactical execution abilities, organizational development activities associated with both long-term and short-range initiatives, in addition to the organizational development activities associated with leading a team.
You will participate in a wide variety of senior leadership roles and play a significant role in a number of broader corporate functional activities and executive staff interactions.

Responsible for standardizing and managing the PSS, GSS and CCC S&OP process and demand planning, enabling successful achievement of quarterly results, and building greater customer satisfaction Analyze data gathered to streamline processes or develop alternative methods forecasting, targeting and measuring progress, enhancing accuracy Lead forecasting calls with Sales leaders Drive accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting of overall progress of sales teams against targets through weekly, quarterly and annual sales plans; ensure weekly implementation of project tracking/forecasting via the CRM system Analyze data provided by Sales Analytics & Operations team to define territories, alignment, quotas, compensation, and metrics to assist our Regional Sales Managers benchmark performance; act as an advisor and partner with sales to deliver accurate sales quotas and variable pay commissions to entire sales team Work with marketing team to streamline product SKU rationalization, pricing configurations and provide guidance from market and margin analysis Partner with finance to use data to share analysis on sales progress Capture the tactical and strategic enterprise goals that provide traceability through the organization and are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for solutions May represent Sales/Sales Operations in Corporate Business Development initiatives Continue to define the sales and downstream marketing requirements for CRM/ knowledge management, field communications, mobile productivity, enhanced sales efficiencies 10% travelYour Team:
As the Director Commercial Operations, CCS, and an individual contributor (no direct reports), you will report directly to the VP, Sales & Market, GSS, PSS and Care Communications.
You will work collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization including sales, marketing, sales training, incentive compensation, finance, business transformation, etc.
Your Location:
Working on-site, the role is located at our global corporate headquarters in the greater Chicago, IL area northern suburb of Deerfield.
Alternatively, the role can work out of our facility in Mississauga, Canada, Raleigh, NC, or Batesville, IN.

The estimated base salary for this position is $184,000 - $276,000 annually.
The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.
We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
