Volt is immediately hiring for an Injection Stretch Blow Molding Technician in the city of Ontario, CA. $25-$30
As a Injection Stretch Blow Molding Technician you will:
  • Set up and operate injection stretch blow molding machines to produce plastic containers according to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections of molds, machines, and auxiliary equipment to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve overall performance.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Keep accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, maintenance tasks, and quality inspections.

This is a FULL TIME opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience operating injection stretch blow molding machines in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Understanding of plastic materials and their properties, as well as the principles of injection molding and blow molding processes.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Pay Rate:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
