Description Answer phone calls, greet incoming drivers customers etc Clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing folders and emailing necessary documents and filing them properly Processing orders for customers Collect information for orders from Sales Reps Ensure order information is complete and verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.
Communicate missing information to Sales Reps Entering orders timely and accurately Estimating and tracking of shipment Any other duties that may be assigned light clerical duties such as copying, faxing and emailing necessary documents and filing them properly Prepare invoices, shipping document, and contracts Inform customers by mail or telephone of order information, such as unit prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
Receive and respond to customer complaints.
Direct specified departments or units to prepare and ship orders to designated locations.
