We are looking to hire a seasoned gummy manufacturer, interested in working for a quickly growing company with opportunities for growth, development and competitive pay.
RESPONSIBILITIES Must maintain an excellent attendance record including on-time arrival.
Provides technical support to manufacturing, including but not limited to gummy formulation or process improvement, formulation globalization, cost savings initiatives, and trouble shooting.
Leads process engineering support and interact with multi-functional teams (including Quality, Procurement, Product Development and Manufacturing) to resolve process and product issues.
Identifies and troubleshoots chronic and sporadic process losses by engaging and collaborating with manufacturing personnel and supervisors.
Drive losses to zero using lean principles.
Applies rheology, statistical thinking, and methods to understand process variability and capability and drive improvements.
Partners with operations to ensure seamless and successful achievement of production goals, KPI, process robustness, stability and optimization of equipment and resources.
Identifies and implements new technology for improvements.
Collaborates with the R&D team in the development of new formulas in gummy form, as well as to modify/correct existing formulas as deemed necessary.
Adhere to company guidelines, including cGMPs, SOPs and safety procedures.

) Must have discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters Knowledge of general business practices Knowledge of vitamins and nutritional ingredients is a plus.
