Primary Responsibilities Assist in the development of CEQA and NEPA documents including Categorical Exemptions, Environmental Impact Report (EIR), Initial Studies/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND), Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Environmental Assessments (EIS).
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Assist in the preparation of project scopes and tracking schedules.
If needed, attend/participate in project meetings, preparing meeting materials and documenting meeting results.
Assist in preparing business development and marketing material.
Ability to work extensively with limited oversight and direction while producing quality of work assignments.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science/Art's Degree in Environmental Planning, Studies or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Minimum of 2 years of real experience preparing CEQA documents for public agencies or private entities.
Preparing NEPA documents is a significant plus.
Strong conceptual, organizational, problem solving and research abilities.
Strong communication and writing skills.
