The schedule is Monday - Friday from 7am - 3:
30pm, after 60 days, a wage review and supplemental benefits may be available.
Must complete customer service assessment to move forward with interview Must complete customer service assessment to move forward with interview Must complete customer service assessment to move forward with interview Responsibilities Provide professional customer service over the phone Utilize a basic call script Conduct basic research to generate better consumer contact Monitor and maintain assigned accounts Meet department defined goals and call metrics Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary Enlist the efforts of supervisors/management when necessary Must communicate & follow up effectively with consumer accounts in a timely manner Skills & Qualifications Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Organized with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer proficiency Ability to work in a fast paced goal oriented call center Great and Positive attitude Commitment to excellence Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus Bilingual Spanish is a Plus Must complete customer service assessment to move forward with interview Job Type:
