Customer Care Representative

A Customer Care Representative is needed to work with our health care team!
The Customer Care Representative in this position will be answering incoming customer calls, assisting with inbound taxes to identify issues, responding to callers, answering customer inquiries, and transfering calls to the appropriate department for complicated questions.
The ideal candidate should have an HS diploma or equivalent, previous call center experience, and previous medical billing skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
