Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis is needed for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Ontario, CA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manages the development of rolling budgets and forecasts for IPAs.
- Responsible for the creation and distribution of financial reports for field IPAs, management and others; providing budget to actual analysis.
- Performs data analysis to identify variables and facilitate scenarios.
- Manages the review and validation of IPA profit and loss statements.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
- Five (5) years of experience in an accounting or budgeting role in an IPA Healthcare setting.
- Requires knowledge of budget and forecasting preparation as well as general ledger knowledge.
- Experience with general ledger system conversions is required.
- Experienced working with FRx reporting tool as well as budgeting and forecasting tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access to include database management, data extracts, queries and report writing.
- Requires strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft.
- SQL experience.
