This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with 1 to 2 years related business reporting experience. You are discrete and responsible with a positive, upbeat attitude, possess exceptional math, analytical and computer skills with a focus on creating comprehensive Excel reports (advanced level). An effective communicator with track record producing daily, monthly and annual sales and marketing related reports, you will also provide admin support to this small, dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities- Create and generate all daily, monthly and annual sales and marketing related reports
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department team
- Company website updates, prepare annual forecasting data
- Prepare volume rebate reporting
- Market research, understand product trends within a product category
- Assist with customer planograms, labels, listings and creating new SKU setup forms
- Maintain client and prospect records, mail lists and reports
- Create and receive all purchase orders related to Sales & Marketing
- Assist with industry trade shows and events including travel arrangements
- Communicate with clients, setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
Requirements- University or college diploma (marketing an asset)
- 1-2 years related office experience
- Exceptional computer skills in Word, PowerPoint & Excel (advanced level)
- Analytical, strong numbers forte and reporting specialist
- Able to provide company website updates
- Highly organized, effective time management and able to multitask
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and discrete team player
