Must have their credentials (certificates, memberships, courses etc) Industrial Mechanic Millwright Trade Certification
2-3 years of professional hands on experience
A mechanical aptitude, strong problem solving skills, great communication and the ability to use trade-related calculations.
Has the ability to read, interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
Has their own tools/equipment and steel toed safety boots
Clear security and criminal background check
Job Description
Looking for all shifts including straight days, afternoons and midnights
An environment for an Industrial Mechanics may involve extreme or adverse work conditions and may require you to work in confined spaces, heights, and heavy equipment around moving machinery
The successful candidate will be required to stand, kneel, and lift for extended period of times
Responsibilities
Replace defective parts of machine or adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts
Repair and lubricate machines and equipment
Assemble and install equipment, using hand tools and power tools
Position steel beams to support bedplates of machines and equipment, using blueprints and schematic drawings, to determine work procedures
Requirements
High School education
Red Seal/ Industrial Mechanic Millwright Trade Certification
