As the Website Operations Specialist the successful incumbent will be responsible for the general maintenance of the web site which includes UAT testing for new initiatives as well as all promotional support that involves pricing, flyers and bundles for online sales.
Set up of and support of all online promotions which includes pricing, stock support, and the site cleanup after the event
Set up and take down of category banners, Java banners, splash banners, avatars, promo, and content banners whether timed or manual set ups. Track effectiveness of live banners on website, for reporting to E-Commerce management group
Maintain online clearance outlet and deep category pages within the site on a daily basis
Manual bundle building of all online bundles being offered, for both flyer support and e-commerce initiatives. In addition, Flyer support for all bundles to ensure that online aligns with in-store
Flyer support and set up online. Ensure all links and pricing of e-flyer are correct, viable, and operational along with green flyer when applicable. In addition, maintain strong relationship with the e-flyer vendor
Set up and maintenance of site search results. Maintain relationship with current search results vendor
Monitors and maintains promotional text on product pages and in-store credit adjustments within mobile portion of site
Set up all online B2C discounts and coupon codes as per E-Commerce promotions initiatives, e.g. Friends & Family, etc.
Pending list compilation and ensuring that all products are ready with images and copy are turned onto the website on a daily basis
Skills we're looking for.
Post-secondary education in Digital Media or related field coupled with a minimum 1 year comparable experience
Must be deadline, detail, and task oriented
The ability to multi task and keep track of ongoing promotions and deadlines is essential
The ability to maintain focus, concentration and attention to detail within an environment subject to frequent interruptions is crucialEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
