As a Personal Banker, you will build relationships and follow up with your clients, proposing strategies to optimize their financial situation. This position will allow you to consolidate your expertise in financial advising.
You will report to a Branch Manager.
In your role, you will be expected to:

ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Use your customer service skills to build client loyalty, ensure client retention and expand your client portfolio
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Act as a resource person for clients by offering them solutions tailored to their needs and complex financial goals
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Develop your knowledge of the products and services offered by the Bank and understand their benefits for clients
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Apply the Bank's service and operational quality standards

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
