The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing support to the GoJane customer. This position works as part of a team to analyze and prioritize all customer communication on a daily basis and responds accordingly. This position is also responsible for identifying repetitive issues and recommending modifications to improve the level of service.
Position Responsibilities:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Respond to customer service issues through calls, chat and emails. Provide and execute a solution to the customer.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Review and respond to all customer reviews.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Partner with the Associate Manager of Customer Service on difficult calls and/or issues.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ensure that all customer service matters are handled in a timely manner.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer contacts and responses.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Process incoming orders. Ensure that all orders are validated and sent to the warehouse.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Identify customer service problems that indicate a pattern of unacceptable service or online errors, make recommendations for resolution.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Participate in all training as it relates to new software and/or policies and procedures.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Assist customers with placing orders and processing refunds or exchanges.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Demonstrate strong knowledge of order system to ensure accurate and prompt problem resolution.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Provide insight and recommendations to enhance existing methods and systems in order to increase the accuracy and efficiency of the customer service department as a whole.

ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Internet

ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize, track and complete multiple and competing priorities at once
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Must possess poise, self-confidence and excellent interpersonal skills
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Prior experience in a service industry or customer service position
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Team player with a strong problem-solving ability

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
