Responsibilities:
Car movement
Respond to and anticipate customer service needs and issues
Inform customers about rental cars and other services and benefits
Requirements: Must have Customer Service experience with high priority on Customer satisfaction
Excellent command of English
Knowledge of a second language -German, Spanish, Italian, and French is a definite asset
Positive, upbeat attitude to do the job and get along with co-workers
Flexibility and adaptability to work any shifts
High work performance, standards, and reliability

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
