As the E-Commerce Fraud Detection Associate, the successful incumbent(s) will be responsible for:
Processing web order approvals in Customer Orders Manager and Kount system.
Communicating with customers to inform them of any delay/change to their order and to advise them of any illegal/fraudulent activity against their credit card.
Processing and auditing incoming customer web orders in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Releasing orders for processing and shipment.
Performing general administrative duties as required.
Skills we're looking for.
Must be proficient in data entry (speed and accuracy), with strong attention to detail.
Must have knowledge of online payment industry.
Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
Ability to work with minimal supervision under strict guidelines is crucial.
Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to communicate in French is a definite asset.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
