The career you WANT:
As a Merchandise Services Associate, the successful incumbent will be responsible for accurately updating and maintaining item, cellular and satellite control files; ensuring that updates and dispatches are completed on time to meet tactical initiatives. He/she will be responsible for creating all new item information; permanent and promotional pricing; and supplier related information including vendor agreements, costing, and supplier funding.
A customer focused individual who can:
Manage and monitor the Merchandising Services store/ customer service mailbox and track responses to make sure that all items or concerns have been addressed.
Work with the Accounting Department on carrier program changes and invoice reconciliation issues.
An innovative mindset who can:
Create/ maintain all permanent retail price changes. Create/ maintain all promotional pricing including bundle pricing maintenance.
Someone who is driven to succeed who can:
Process deals for supplier funding.
Maintain item specific compliance including Electronic Handling fees.
The skills we WANT:
Minimum one to three years previous experience in an accounting, marketing or retail management role is a prerequisite.
Post-Secondary Business Administration courses are an asset.
Oracle Retail, RMS and RPM system experience preferred.
Strong time management, organizational, customer service and communication skills are essential.
Excellent excel and data entry skills are required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
