Our customers range from small independent hotels and inns to five-star resorts, as well as educational dorms, government, military and health care industries. Our team is searching for an inside sales representative that will help generate revenue for the company
Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for: preparing and delivering quotations; taking sales orders via telephone from both repeat and new accounts; negotiating prices with customers; following-up to building critical bonds with customers; telemarketing to obtain new business.
- Positive and aggressive sales attitude
- Bright, detail-oriented, organized and analytical individuals
- Outgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to receive and follow direction
- Work well in a team
- Good business verbal and written communications skills, internal and external
- Heavy phone call sales background
- Provide product quotations to potential and existing customers and follow up.
- Answering customer questions, and resolve customer issues and returns.
- Provide pre and post sales services.
- Create and build relationships with our customers over the phone and with coworkers.
- Prior experience selling to or working with hotels (a plus) or related fields
- Consistently interact with customers and accounts to generate repeat sales
- Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Presentation and negotiation skills a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Qualifications
Minimum education/
Experience:
- High school diploma
- 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or any other related field
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, computer science or related field
- Knowledge of database software SAP
