Position Description:
Begin by receiving hands on training in managing and operating your own agency. We are looking for qualified people that have the vision of starting an actual career versus looking for another job. Our agents assist the communities they service by educating clients and helping them to protect their income and assets.
Position Requirements:
When selecting agent candidates, we look for those individuals who are:
may or may not have previous experience in Insurance, motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, have a strong work ethic and are self-motivated, good credit history- no outstanding credit issues, no bankruptcies in the last year, no criminal convictions or felonies, responsible driving record and bilingual a plus, but not required
Compensation and
Benefits:
Average 1st year earnings between $35,000-60,000. Our compensation program for sales professionals includes:
Once initial training requirements are met- Subsidy of $85k over the next 3 years. $6,000 education bonus after year 1 with completion of securities (mutual funds) examinations
