IT Technician (Dallas, TX)The IT Field Service Technician directs and coordinates the activities of the IT support staff.
This includes project prioritization, managing project implementation within the team and communicating business priorities downstream to the IT Support Staff.
Manage day to day responsibilities of IT Support across plants and relevant local offices.
Oversee the execution of local projects through the relevant Corporate Network; Sysadmin; Support Team Escalate issues to appropriate business units (or within business unit) as needed Manage and obtain quotes for IT Support related hardware/software for management approval Travel to remote plants as needed at the direction of the IT Field Service Manager- 75% Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.

Work Experience/KSA-s Required:

years - Years of Experience in a Supervisory/Lead role within an IT Support Organization 7
years - Years of Experience in an IT Support technical role experience may include a combination of work experience and education Competencies Outstanding Customer Service/Client Focus Excellent knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Quickly learner Knowledge of LGV technology Strong hands on technology background on both hardware and software platforms Ability to build relationships internally and externally Strong problem solving/analysis skills Teamwork Orientated Strong work ethic with ability to focus in times of stress to ensure satisfactory results Experience managing Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013, Windows Server 2003-2012, SQL Database 2008/2012.
Administer Virtual Infrastructures (VMware) including provisioning, reporting, monitoring and maintenance of virtual machines and vSphere (4.
x-5.
x) server management across a nationwide deployment.
Experience with VMWare VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) configuration and maintenance.
Experience with Cisco UCS (Unified Computing System), IBM Blade Centers.
Experience with SAN or NAS technology.
IBM / EMC.
Experience with High Availability computing such as Networking, Clustering, and Load Balancers.
Understanding of server architecture, applications, and security.
Excellent visual / verbal communicator with a demonstrated strong creative vision for organizing Information systems.
The ability to work flexible hours, and provide emergency coverage in a mission critical environment 24/7/365 as needed.
Able to travel to plant locations domestically on a monthly or internationally on an as needed basis.
(50%) Knowledge of and experience with Cisco Routing and Switching Technologies Knowledge of and experience with Telephony equipment:
PBX/VoIP - Toshiba, Cisco Wireless Technologies Experience working with over 250 networking devices and supporting over 1000 computer users.
Education Minimum Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , MIS, related field, or equivalent work experience Preferred:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
