44350BR Digital Analytics IT Associate Information Technology Ontario Responsibilities As The Digital Analytics IT Associate at Eli Lilly Canada your key goal is to enable effective business decisions through the aggregation of data from multiple sources by compiling it into digestible and actionable formats to support the Digital and Marketing/Functional area teams.
You will be responsible for delivering the data and customer journey analytics that lead to an optimal customer experience across a variety of channels.
You possess a multidimensional skill-set consisting of strong data sourcing/management, analytical knowledge coupled with business acumen and can leverage your skills to deliver analysis and recommendations to various business partners.
Working as a key member of the Digital/IT team, you will help drive Customer Centricity using a data-first culture across the organization.
This role will report to the Digital/IT Canada Lead.

Responsibilities:
Manage key marketing or functional area related dashboards by sourcing and reporting on operational data to extract key insights from cross channel sources and systems.
(Includes CPC/CPM reporting, funnel analysis, A/B testing, channel reporting and HCP portal reports Work closely with other Digital team members and Brand stakeholders to form campaign and engagement changes based on your insights Leverage the data gathered to better understand how customers find content, where they consume it, how to further optimize that experience, and drive them down the adoption or engagement funnel Work closely with the Customer Analytics Associate (Sales channel) and functional area teams to ensure that the digital data required is collected and reported effectively in order to help drive successful customer outcomes Partner with your Digital team members to understand each brand/function and their digital, KPIs, goals and challenges to bring data informed recommendations and analysis for campaigns, segmentation and proof of value experiments.
Provide post campaign reporting and analysis and develop lessons learned as well as identifying opportunities for future campaigns and how future spend can best be leveraged Provide well-conceived, accurate and impactful information through reporting and analysis to assist management in guiding improved performance and areas for optimization Prepare and present presentations to leaders in a non-technical way, have a high attention to detail in double checking data for accuracy, and produce detailed documentation Support business case development for new initiatives Ad Hoc reporting as required based on business need Company Overview Lilly is one of the top 10 largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

Basic Qualifications 2
years of Digital Analytics experience Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics Advanced experience in creating visualizations through tools such as Tableau Technical Skills - Advanced Excel, SQL, BI tools and experience with data warehouses such as IBM Puredata/Neteeza Experience with data structure, manipulation and preparation Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to relay technical concepts to non-technical audiences and explain analytics with context.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize Highly motivated independent worker Experience with Customer Identity Management tools such as Janrain is an asset Experience with CRM data (such as Salesforce or Veeva) is also an asset Additional Information Eli Lilly Canada is committed to employment equity.
