Genuent is hiring an Desktop Support Technician for our direct client in Ontario, CA.
This is a 6
month contract opportunity with a possibility to extend or convert.

Performs Desktop Support using individual judgment and initiative with minimum supervision and direction.
Responds to potential or identified desktop, laptop, printers and mobile device (etc.
) failures and resolves outages, performance problems, or integrity problems of routine and moderate complexity using standard procedures and established guidelines.
Internal users; small environment - basic troubleshooting
Qualifications:
3-5 yrs.
experience with Tier 1-2 troubleshooting Technical experience required Experience within a Windows environment Microsoft 10/8 Experience with a Mac station MS Office Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills Required Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
