Oracle Developer (IT Support Developer) is expected to work with the business analysts and development leads to develop, maintain and support the Oracle EBS R12 applications with a focus on O2C and P2P modules.
The person in this role may assist with the preparation of detailed specifications from which programs will be written, and will be responsible for the technical design, development, documentation, testing, implementation and support of extensions and sustainment of the EBS applications.
Technical solutions will be built within the Oracle framework utilizing Oracle tools such as Oracle PL/SQL, Workflow, Forms, BI-Publisher, and others.
Utilize Oracle technical tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, Oracle Workflow, Forms, BI-Publisher, WEB ADI, PL/SQL to develop solutions to support the business and to enhance functionality based on business requirements Troubleshoot issues to find the root cause and provide technical solutions Work closely with the business and others in IT to develop new solutions and extend the functionality of EBS Follow established SDLC process for code development through code release and support Coordinate, analyze, design and development of reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows with Oracle technology tools such as Oracle Workflow, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, OAF, Oracle Personalization framework Work with Team leads and IT counterparts to systematically analyze, cleanse, and maintain ERP data and current production issues Help maintain interfaces from third party systems for import/export into/from Oracle EBS R12 Understand and implement technical configuration changes to E-Business Suite modules Please note that this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
