Customer Service Rep

Job Description Local hat manufacturer is looking to expand their customer service department to support existing and new business. About company: Founded in 1985, company goal has been to provide the highest quality and innovative products at very affordable prices. The Board of Directors at Headmost is comprised of entrepreneurs who specialize in different aspects of the garment industry. 27 years of experience in the headwear industry. Owning our fabric manufacturing facility enables us to manufacture different styles and match colors required by our customers. We have an R & D department that constantly comes up with new designs and styles of fabric.Here in the U.S. we own a 50,000 sq. feet state-of-the-art warehouse in Ontario, California with more than 3,000,000 caps in different styles and colors. All orders for in-stock items are shipped the same day. We offer domestic embroidery and screen printing services to our customers at very competitive prices. Duties: -utilize microsoft office suite (excel, word, powerpoint, adobe, and outlook) -Data entry of customer orders (alere) -processing orders -coordinating with clients via email -managing 40+ inbound/outbound calls daily Full time contract to hire Mon-Friday 8am-5pm Job Requirements resume and interview with owners of the company experience working in a fast pace office enviornment 1+ of customer service experience (wholesale experience a plus) Desire/interest in fashion, garments, and hats Detailed phone experience CSR experience Patient Computer literate

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
