Delivers high-quality solutions which align with business needs Defines issues by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes Performs detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, organization of staff, skillsets Completes process mapping (BPMN), gap analysis, creation of mock-ups, and/or new workflow models and requirements Create project deliverables like business and functional requirements, and current/future state workflows Documents business knowledge, including manual and currently undocumented processes Identifies process issues that interfere with delivery of services/products and/or mission completion Discover & define opportunities for improvements in business process; lead the planning and delivery of solutions to business clients Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions Controls solution development by establishing specifications/requirements Facilitates the optimization of business unit performance by enhancing alignment of policy, process and technology and designing/implementing for future business needs as well Organizes work teams, drives consensus and ensures end-to-end policy/process integrity to accomplish project work including:
Identification and confirmation of participants Establishment of a solution project plan Ensuring consistent work team engagement and productivity, including meeting facilitation, consensus building, development of documentation and implementation oversight Supports solution work by utilizing project management software such as, but not limited to, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project Work on a variety of projects spanning different types, business units, sizes and scopes.
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to simple, moderate, and complex problems.
Understands the strategic direction set by the management as it relates to team goals.
Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.
Interact with peers, management, director, and executive levels at a client sites and/or within the company; must be highly team-oriented.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance.
Decisions often impact both the team in which they reside as well as other business units.
Relationships with business owners particularly at director ad VP/C-Suite level.
Updates skills and functional knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; and by participating actively in team training/growth activities Validates solution outcomes and results by data collection, data analysis; sets ROI targets in consultation with business owners, Healthcare Economics group, and sponsoring executives Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support; provides application references and job aids by writing documentation Assists other project leaders in specific areas as needed such as facilitation, analysis, process mapping, brain-storming, project management issues, etc.

Experience:
